Michelle has been teaching meditation for 18 years & is so excited to be returning to Ihana Yoga to share this 5 week Mindfulness meditation course.
You’ll LOVE how simple meditating can be.
This 5 week course is based on the renowned Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) practices of John Kabat-Zinn. Each session will include a guided mindfullness practice, information to help you understand stress and overwhelm, coping strategies and tools to support a sense of peace and clam and open group discusion.
Over 5 weeks we'll explore everything from mindfulness practices to stress hormones. The course is highly experiential (which means you'll get loads of practice) and also includes access to recorded meditations to support your self practice and create a new habit.
WHEN: Thursdays evenings 7.30-8.30pm, commencing 14th November - 12th December COST: $165 WHERE: Ihana Yoga, 1/158 Acland St, St Kilda.
