Looking for some simple techniques and life hacks to support you to relieve stress, manage depression and anxiety, experience more peace and calm, improve sleep and improve your decision making & ability to focus?
Michelle has been teaching meditation for 18+ years. Her own experiences with burn out, stress, mental health issues addiction led her to search for ways to manage her mood and support mental health and wellbeing that could be included into any busy schedule. She has worked with government departments, large corporates and individuals to support them manage stress and practice mindfulness, and is passionate about sharing simple tips, tricks and practices that work to support you to find a way to manage your emotions, improve your capacity to deal with stress and challenging situations and achieve feelings of calm, ease and connection. (That can be done in just minutes a day!!)
