Let's explore how we can move from a place of overwhelm & stress to one of vitality, ease & peace.

Together, we’ll explore how to use essential oils to boost emotional resilience, and shift your mindset by inviting calm & balance into your life.

Super simple and practical tips to help you stress less and reconnect with your heart.

We’ll run you through all the best doTERRA essential oils to assist in supporting your mood & emotions.

Our time together will include:

A guided meditation facilitated by meditation teacher & energetic healer Michelle Bourke;

Explore steps to identify how you ‘feel’ and the best ways to choose the most effective oils to support you to shift negativity & boost your energy;

Simple everyday ideas & tools to manage difficult or overwhelming emotions, including reflexology techniques you can easily use on yourself or others;

Make your own personalised oil blend to take home plus more resources to support you after the workshop;
