About the Event

Want to learn some simple strategies to help you and your team manage stress & overwhelm & reconnect to your breath, a sense of calm and inner quiet? Increase productivity, trust and connection within your team? Decrease anxiety and depression while increasing creativity and memory? A Mindfulness course with Michelle will involve elements of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) training along with simple tools & daily practices that can transform your life. Workshops may include essential oils, yoga, health coaching and meditation as appropriate.

Here’s the basics... 

*WHY: Because 73% of Australians are affected by workplace stress and the biggest OH&S risk for office workers is not trips & falls - it's STRESS! Work is where most of us spend more time than anywhere else. Stress, overwhelm and disconnection are killing us, damaging our familIes, relationships and hurting our souls. (I know through personal experience and after working with hundreds of clients that the practices you'll learn work quickly to produce noticeable results and I'm committed to sharing this with as many people as possible!!)

*WHERE: Your workplace/site/school

*WHEN: As required - we can design a workshop for your team for just a couple of hours or an entire day. Want to learn to meditate or practice yoga? We can design a weekly series that takes place over a minimum of 5 x weeks.

*INVESTMENT: By arrangement

*WHAT: A combination of Mindfulness & Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction practices, mindful movement, gratitude, coaching and essential oils.
